A Global Fund Raising and Virtual Relay

Yes, all dollar amounts mentioned on the website refer to USD.  

You will not be able to qualify for the leaderboard. All funds raised will be directed to Hope and Joy Foundation to support our beneficiaries. No refund of donations would be made.  

Donors are eligible for a tax deduction for donations of $100 and above per transaction. If you wish to claim a tax deduction, please select "Yes" in the tax deduction section when making your donation. Our team will contact you separately to obtain the necessary details and process your claim.  

The member who does not achieve the required donation amount will not qualify for Leaderboard.        

You may click on the "Donate" button under your chosen participant/team.  

Your total amount raised will be reflected on the "My Fundraising Profile" Page or Leaderboard.  

For outdoor activities, record them as “SWIM" on STRAVA. For indoor activities, enter them manually as “SWIM” on STRAVA.

All participants are required to log their activities using STRAVA. You can still use other tracking apps or devices, such as Garmin, by connecting them to your STRAVA account. Once connected, your activities will automatically sync to STRAVA. Activities logged only on other apps and not synced to STRAVA will not be recognised by our system. Your activities may be uploaded late (a few days after the activity), especially for participants that use other tracking apps like Garmin. We advise you to upload your activities as soon as possible. If your STRAVA privacy setting is not set to PUBLIC, our leaderboard will not be able to pull your activities and reflect it automatically.  

The challenge leaderboard will be refreshed periodically throughout each day. Allow for up to 4 hours for your activities to be updated on the Togoparts Leaderboard after you have completed your activities. If any irregularities occur, please email us at thelongwayhome@togoparts.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond.  

Yes, please make sure your STRAVA profile remains public during the event. Additionally, please do not delete any activities that have already been recorded. You need to keep all your activities visible on your STRAVA profile throughout the entire event period until the verification process is completed.  

No, tagging of activities are not allowed. Each participant must record their activities via their own STRAVA account.
